This work is based on a poem made during the autocracy of Hungary, called Családi kör by Arany János. With the abstract image and the suggestive sounds we recreated the cold, melancholic atmosphere which was specific at that time. There is two part in the video, one view from the outside of the village courtyard, and the other is from inside of the family's house. The act follows the storyline of the actual poem. A early style test for the short film "Urchin Tenants" by Marijana Verhoef and Jan Joost Verhoef. From this particular test we learned that the monster can be unrealistically lit and still convince. As we learned from an earlier style test, matching the shots blurriness is more important. In fact, it will be a stylist choice to not have the monster conform to photorealism. The monster model itself will be changed, this is a work in progress. A motion capture performer will drive the movement.

Multi awarded short film. We follow the emotional overnight journey of a young woman through Bombay's streets. She feels the presence of a man but does this man really exist? The unpredictable ending will give us the answer. The film is full of emotions and suspense without any word spoken. The photography and the music track make it an unforgettable experience.
