0117 Film Challenge
Between 13-19 April 2013, Encounters Short Film and Animation Festival (Bristol, UK) invited filmmakers, animators, visual and sound artists to make digital shorts in just 117 hours, focused on the theme of 'Journeys' and exploring Bristol Temple Quarter for the chance to win £1,000.
Presented by Bristol Film Office, Encounters Short Film and Animation Festival and M Shed, 2013 marked the 0117 Hour Challenge's third edition. This high-energy event was part of a series of Bristol Temple Quarter commissions coordinated by Watershed, Knowle West Media Centre and MAYK, with support from Bristol City Council and Arts Council England.
