A film egy zongoristáról készít filmet aki Párizsban él és 16 évesen kezd el zongorán játszani.Gondjai a félhangokkal vannak,amelyeket könnyen a fekete billentyűk jeleznek,a kottán meg egy kis "b" betüvel,vagy kettőskeresztel jelződnek.A zongorista nemtudja lejátszani a félhangokat mert egy akkordra sem áll az újja rá.Ugrunk az iőben,és felnőtten híres filmzeneszerző lesz,és rengeteg versenyművet ír.A fiatal zeneszerző-t szétszedik a kritikusok,hogy egyik verseny művében lévő kottán nem találhatók olyan félhangok amelyeket a "b" jelzéssel látott el,így ez nem játszató le versenyműként.A zeneművészeti egyetem kirúgja,majd tönkremegy az élete,több napig,hetekig egy szobába zárva énekel egy kis dallamot,egy sarokban ami a félhangokról szól,majd több hét ilyen állapot után öngyilkos lesz.A Film Reneé Laboure "hallásban" c. könyve alapján készűlt el,és dolgozza fel Kovács Benjámin,a film rendezője.E igazán félelmetes és vérfagyasztó mégis megható thrillerben látjuk meg a zene rosz oldalát.

Üzenem azoknak akik megnézik,hogy 2 részes vagyis part 1,part 2 mindkettőt nézzétek meg,mert 2 részes,az emberek általában csak az első részét nézik meg,de ez így komplett film:)
